“Stuff”

This week, a team of 6 wonderful servants from my church in North Carolina gathered with me at our rural ministry center to honor the service of our teammate Joanne by sorting through her belongings and gifting them to her Gambian friends and family.

As we sorted almost 30 years worth of Joanne’s stuff, we prayed, smiled, praised the Lord, and shed a few tears. Joanne always said what comes to Africa stays in Africa. God graciously and abundantly provided each of these wonderful short term team members to walk through this task with me. He guided as we gifted the “stuff” and shared again of her healing and peace in heaven, praying with many in the Name of Jesus.
