Picture memories are wonderful! Today I was reminded that 10 yrs ago I was appointed with ABWE and officially started this career missionary journey to The Gambia.
2 days ago I was able to have dinner with friends who were in that candidate class with me 10 yrs ago. Praise God, they continue to faithfully serve with ABWE. We had a sweet time of fellowship and some fun sharing stories; we have now both had the excitement of being medically evacuated!
The last 10 yrs have been nothing like I could have dreamed or expected. The last 10 yrs have been wonderful, amazing, exciting and hard. The last 10 yrs have been full of the Lord’s presence and have really shown me the love of Christ through the love, support and prayers of the church.
Thank you for being on this journey with me and I am excited to see what the next 10 yrs hold.
