As we ushered in 2025 our team in The Gambia was blessed by a visit from 4 ladies from LifePointe Church. This trip was designed to encourage our team, other Christian workers and National Believers. We still have a few days left with these wonderful ladies and I can already say I will miss them.
These women came with suitcases full of Christmas gifts that they even placed in glittery gift bags for us. They have prepared us meals and asked good questions to learn about life and ministry here. They have done some service projects to bless other ministries. They have prayed over our ministry centers. They even hosted a beach and pool fun day for the Missionary Kids on our team.
Short term teams can be a lot of work and we are all definitely tired. However, it has truly been a blessing, privilege and encouragement to share how the Lord is working in The Gambia and to raise up more prayer warriors for His work here.
